Being able to grieve, face loss, and find a way of adapting to disability can be an important way for you to find peace and a fuller life.
I have a particular concern for you if you are a carer of disabled relatives, and need to find space for your own thoughts, feelings, needs and life. Time for you to explore how you feel about your caring role and changing relationships can be invaluable in improving your health both physically and emotionally.
Regrettably, at present, I cannot provide wheelchair access. However, I’ve found working via Zoom to be very accessible and effective.
